This is my first test with the GoPro (wide lense) HD and I shot pictures every 5 secs. It was an automatic process.

Making a video demo of mobile solutions is very difficult so I decided to do a DIY rig. I took my Nikon D90, a camera stand and my Android Hero. Voila, a portable phone demo platform

See below a few pictures (could not take them with my Nikon D90, that one is fitted to the platform).

I can now walk around an record AR movies with nice blurry backgrounds. I will post some videos later on.

Toegang tot uw Wordpress site
Als u uw blog toegankelijk wilt maken dan voor anderen dan is de toegangscontrole een hot issue. Veel ondernemingen gebruiken de standaard toegangscontrole om mensen bijvoorbeeld commentaar te laten geven maar het vereist dat mensen zich wederom moeten registreren. Om dit te voorkomen is OpenID bedacht, “OpenID laat het u toe om bestaande accounts (bijvoorbeeld Twitter, Google en Yahoo) te gebruiken om in te loggen op uw site”. De industrie (de grote jongens) hebben daar een afspraak over gemaakt enige tijd geleden.

Gelukkig hoeft u zelf niet aan de slag met programmeercode, er zijn al wat handige jongens die dit hebben gedaan. De beste oplossing die ik regelmatig gebruik is de OpenID technologie van JanRain. Ik denk dat zij toonaangevend zijn in deze business.

Als uw blog is geconfigureerd (redelijk wat stappen) dan krijgt u het volgende scherm te zien als mensen proberen in te loggen:

Op dat scherm is te kiezen uit diverse OpenID providers om mee in te loggen.

Hoe de plugin te verkrijgen?
De eenvoudigste manier is om dit toch via de Wordpress admin interface te doen, Via Plugins en Add new (ik gebruik meestal de Engelse versie) kun je zoeken op rpx (van Brian Ellin).

De installatie procedure spreekt voor zich maar kan voor niet technische mensen wel een probleem zijn.

Ik werk sinds 2003/2004 met Wordpress en ik heb voor diverse ondernemingen de begeleiding van Wordpress implementaties gedaan de afgelopen jaren. Ook op dit moment zit ik als Wordpress en integratie specialist bij een tweetal organisaties. Daarnaast heb ik met mijn voorlaatste bedrijf zevenseas portal projecten gedaan voor de grotere organisaties in Nederland.

Well this was an interesting day again. The Dutch Openhanced site is finished (not live yet) and also worked on some plans for Urban Social Wireless Hubs. Interesting idea and planned a meeting next week with a possible US partner.

Finished the registration and accommodation for Barcelona.

Tomorrow a meeting with another possible development partner for cross device development.

Also planned a meeting next week with another supplier of a multi device platform.

During the Mobile WorldCongres 2010 I will stay in this modern apartment and guess what? It is located in my all time favorite trendy neighborhood El Born.

Going full speed ahead today, did the following things for Openhanced:

• Initiated the Dutch site (not translated completely);
• Mobile ad serving solution;
• Open Source QR code solution;
• Application for Android;
• Deployment of an Android app. for posting pictures to Twitpic and Twitgoo;
• System configuration for Android and Windows Mobile dev.;
• Investigation of Moneybird api;
• New slides for the site and finally got an easy way to update them (thanks Powerpoint);
• Competitive mobile analysis.

After a few weeks of financials figures my desk is finally clean, this morning going to look into some QR code stuff for events. Installing it on a server and see if it is something that works!

I already run, swim and bike and I feel I could realize a small old dream, a 1/4 triathlon. Question is, how to practice the whole cycle?

Today I did a 12 km. run on the beach, ouch! This is the by far the biggest distance I ever did run in my life, 2 weeks of daily sports really pays off.

Once and a while I will create a personal sneeze that does not fit in any of the other blogs.
